Working through any type of issue with positive support to achieve a win/win business. James helped to get started and 👍Brittany helped find solutions that may cause a delay. My first objective is to get an appraisal that was paid immediately to have time to sort through any issues. The complete idea of a repeat customer is to have an excellent experience in a timely manner. This provides good word of mouth to investor relationships that the customer has established over years of Real Estate closings. The level of ease to work with James and the rest of the New Silver staff should be the benchmark for all business's. Very rarely, if ever, are there any slowdowns with the loan process. Give the proper documentation, that is requested/needed, in a timely manner and get your loan closed. It's that easy.
