My experience from start has been great! Easy, informative, and accessible on every level. Getting started was not complicated and everyone that I have dealt with has been wonderful. It’s really a great company and I have had no complaints with the care and service I have received! I am happy with the product and pricing as well.

Haven’t had much experience yet, but if my advisor says you’re good I believe him. I trust him explicitly.

The great pricing Newself made available made this program possible for me. Newself offered the best pricing for the best complete program I could find. I get reminders to check in and advice and general help are part of the program. I looked into other programs that seemed to offer the same things, but the initial prices were higher and everything was additional and meant their program un affordable.

I have been a customer for over 6 months. My biggest concern would be the challenge it is to communicate with you. Some messages sent to Dr gets an AI redirect to customer service where you only get to deal with AI. Frustrating. Dealing with AI is completely unsatisfactory. An example this last week was when i was responding to a message that came the doctor…i was unable to figure how to get AI to let go of my message and allow it to go to the doctor. I am unclear whether i have complied with everything the dr asked me to do. The product has been great and I have been lucky with minimal side effects and good weight loss experience. For the price being paid I think the customer should be able to talk to someone. Or to send a direct message to the doctor. Since you assure me these reviews are read here are the issues i would like to have addressed: 1. I think the medication has changed from what it was the first 6 months. That would have been good to know. The old stuff worked fine, so why change? 2. I received six vials this time but thought it was a three month supply sent four times for the annual program? Maybe this new formula has more volume and it takes 6 vials to cover three months? 3. I expected the next package to come from you in November but the system says it will be February ? 4. Last year i had some medical problems that required me to stop taking the medication for a few weeks and i ended up having to cancel my plan because i had no success requesting the renewal be delayed by a few weeks to let my inventory of medication catch up to my plan. I wish i would hear from a someone so I can ask my questions and understand what i signed up for. Thx. Richard 503-559-0562
