The initial consultation was fairly easy and logical. The communication after the initial consultation was very good. Delivery was quick and the communication about delivery was spot on. Continuation of my prescription communication and shipping was also excellent. If I was to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the ability to get all the medicine out of the vial. I ended up cutting the metal top off and pulling the rubber plug out so I could draw out the medicine to make my last dose accurate. I didn’t love that.

It was expensive. Customer service was none existent. Tried to get me to keep my prescription at the insane price, when other services cost half of what this company makes you pay. And every 3 months the prescriptions came from a different pharmacy. Never consistent.
