What a great experience
Easy to sign up, friendly interactions with staff, and timely updates on shipping materials. This company runs their business efficiently and professionally. The medication is reasonably priced and I never have to remember to get it filled. This by itself is worth alot!

Using Newself has been a very positive experience all the way around. Their customer service is awesome, (finding good quality customer service these days is few and far between) I've had the pleasure of speaking with them on 2 occasions and they were so professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I find the pricing to be very reasonable and the product went beyond my expectations. I have lost alot of weight and its been easy, I couldn't be happier with the amount of weight that I have lost. Their shipping is fast and the packaging goes above and beyond also, they make sure it gets to you cold and in perfect condition. Im very, very happy with NewSelf 🙂

(1)Two things,proper communication and product knowledge (2) listening, exponentially to your customers want and needs (3) making sure you’re communicating throughout the process. (4) holding all departments accountable as you’re making sure the finish line is always in everyone’s Plainview! (5) Delivering the next day. One day ahead of schedule will always take care of everything!!!
