Newself shows genuine concern. They have excellent communications. They keep up with you, checking on your progress and asking if you're having any issues or have questions to which, if any, will offer advice to help. This is throughout the entire medication period, not just at the beginning. Then, as renewal time nears, they send reminders and check to see if any updates need to be made before the next period meds are renewed. Once renewed, they advise of the renewal and the shipping date of new meds. Then, of course, communication continues for the new prescription period. Newself makes everything clear and easy throughout your weight loss journey. I feel confident that I'm getting the best, safest care available for MY personal weight loss needs. They also have great prices compared to others out there, and they indeed haved earned my business, AND, will maintain it with me. I feel great with the progress I'VE(WE'VE) made.

Customer service is ai worthless. Agents just rehash issue and it goes no where. I have asked doctor for current dosage and have not heard back for 3 days. Referred me to customer support where ai referred me back to the doctor. So far I give this company a 0 mark for lack of knowledge and clarity.

**Update: The only reason my money was refunded is because I made a claim with my bank. BEWARE** Fraudulent Company - I've been waiting for my medication for three weeks. I paid for it and cannot get a response from anyone other than an AI bot. It's impossible to speak to a human and my next step is to contact my bank.
