I was under the impression that I was going to be charged another thousand dollars for my renewal, which apparently was not the case. I tried to respond to the request for me to finish my intake update about 15 times until someone finally got back to me to let me know that there was no additional charge. It was simply a renewal.

2/2/2026- I am reducing my original rating. STAY AWAY from this company. They sell you a false bill of goods regarding a service they cannot actually provide. As stated before, I have had little to NO success using their online chat, or reaching the Dr. Other than the one person who called me back, I have had ZERO luck with getting anyone in their customer service department that really seems to care that you are not able to reach the Dr. I have called twice in the past five days regarding a lack of response from the Dr and they have not gotten back to me. They even told me I had to follow up with them. I have requested a refund with the company, as well as am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I would encourage anyone thinking about using this company to re-think your options. 1/25/2026- My order was easy to place and came SUPER quick. The ding in stars comes in when I didn't get access to the videos I was supposed to get. The AI said it was submitting a ticket to their support team...but after that day NONE of messages were going through on AI. It took several phone calls, and finding the RIGHT person to assist in getting my messages to go through. I also experienced an issue with emailing the Dr, which the person who assisted with my other tech issues was able to assist with. I need to reach out to the Dr again regarding my medication dosing. We will see how that goes!

So far the process has been smooth and I’ve started with my first injection. Shipment was well packaged and received timely, cold and clear instructions. I’ll be curious to see how h the next couple weeks go. I was glad they included nausea relief with the initial package.
