I am 5 days into using NewSelf. It has been so helpful in eliminating the food noise and “mindless snacking”. Very happy thus far as I am down 3 pounds.

Actually did a health assessment unlike others that just want to get in your pocket for money. I’ve been on my medication exactly 2 days so I don’t really have much more to say. ❤️

First month
I am on week four of my injections and so far I feel amazing. I have dropped 7lbs in the last month and it’s the best feeling ever! I have been trying for five+ years to drop all my post baby weight and nothing has helped until now. I have not had any side effects thankfully as of yet. I’m very very very happy with everything so far!
Response from NewSelfAug 25, 2026
Hi Kyra, thank you for sharing your experience! We’re so glad to hear you’re feeling amazing and are happy with your progress during your first month. After working toward your goals for so long, reaching this milestone must feel especially rewarding. We appreciate your support and wish you continued success! —The Team
