Patience is important, responses of questions are not normally answered quickly. But once you do get an answer they will address your issue. Unlike some of the other programs, they will mail out your doses at different addresses if you let them know. This was important to me as we travel a lot and are not always in my hometown.

The site is pretty straight forward and I was able to get the medication I needed. However, it seems to glitch with certain things and it is hard to get a hold of an actual customer service person when help is needed.
