New experience and it was easy to proceed, there was good communication and prompt delivery.

Signing up for the NewSelf weight loss program was super easy. It was very quick and within days I will have my medicine. It’s also the most affordable plan I’ve found.

New self has been great. Fed Ex is horrible. So far it’s 2 days late and tomorrow is Sunday so it will have been in the mail 5 days if it does get here Monday.

I am now on my third month of medication from Newself and their product isn’t good. You’re better off trying another company-I hear TrimRX is best and so many other people are losing. When I reached out to Newself to let them know I am not losing any weight- it took the doctor a week to respond and only to tell me wait till next month because stronger doses are coming. Well I thought the pop was to work with the provider to make it better. So the claim that they will work with you is a lie. Pretty much everything about the company is a lie. I should have known because ordering the product was a lie. I was supposed to get it “next day delivery” 6 days later I got it. I was told it needed to be refrigerated but when I finally got it-it was warm. I called they said the medicine is fine-and yes I reminded them of what I was told and they told me the other representative didn’t know what they were saying!!! Really all other five of them. Newself seems like a walking contradiction. They say you can cancel when you want but-beware they lock you out until 29 days before they scheduled to charge your credit card for another three month order. Plus you can definitely find it cheaper now and probably get better product.

It took a lot of work communicating with several people. I wanted my order delayed a couple of weeks as I would be gone. Finally got an email it was taken care of. I logged wondering when it would arrive only to find out there is no order. What details would you like? I don't like to give personal details. I started getting emails asking questions that a new patient would complete. I.e. weight, goal etc. I ignored. Finally, I received items. Maybe because you had my payment from the first time.
