Fed ex did not leave my pkg at the right address. I sent a message stating that the address was wrong that it was shipped to. It was less than 24 hrs before I received a phone call from Candace. She was so kind and understanding. She immediately addressed the issue and had my tirzepitide to my home within 24 hrs. It was like talking to an old friend. She handled the problem and I didn't have to feel stressed or like I lost my money. Candace gave the best customer service I have received anywhere. What a great person to represent a great company!

This company will NOT stop calling me. I emailed, texted, and told them over the phone I went with a more reputable company and to stop calling and they don't. Its a different burner number every time so I can not even block the number. Go with this company if you want a new stalker! *Edit to add after they responded* Nice try, New Self. You are still texting me daily. I can attach screenshots maybe? After this review I have 7 texts from you guys. Last one was Monday 4/27 at 6:19AM (AM!!) with a gif of Kermit the frog saying "I can wait forever". No joke. I responded asking to speak to a live person and just got another text.
