Company is a scam. Paid $649 for 3 month supply "tirzepatide." Took 1st vial, lost some weight. 2nd vial, 5 mg I got violently ill with vomiting & diarrhea throughout day. Lost but 1 lb. Called to cancel subscription & remove credit card. Customer svce in S. Africa??? Phone # on New Self site doesn't work. FDA sent letter to this company concerning their compounds/identifying source. I have stopped taking it after I got sick. Requesting refund. Will contact BBB, Consumer Affairs, Attorney General, Dept. of Health, and my attorney. I expect a full refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I also registered a formal complaint with the S. African customer svce. and on New Self's website (AI). I am a health care professional for over 35 yrs. Be careful what you put into your body.

The medication is working as the food noise is quite diminished which allows me to say NO to sweets and treats! Yay! I have increased my protein intake with daily shakes, not sure if New Self offers protein supplements/drink ideas as shakes get old and I need a change. I try to consume 80-90 grams of protein per day. I keep a food diary to monitor my protein/calorie intake. Only issue seems to be a touch of constipation. Overall, I am so grateful for your product. And pricing is key which is why I chose your company.

I didn't fully understand that they were going to hit my cc for 1100 instead of monthly billing. I immediately tried to cancel and their guy Mathew said I would be sent over to their refund department and I should here from them in 24 to 48 hours , so far nothing , about time to the sheriff dept. Involved in this one.

Trizepatide 45 days in and I started at 185 im now at 156 and still losing. Im so excited to see what the next 3 months bring. I have never felt so good in my life and ended becoming addicted to the gym 😮 Raymond is great to deal with. You concerns get handled promptly with him. I requested 2 week early shipment for months 3-6 and it happened over night. I can’t say enough how happy and pleased I am I took this leap of faith
