The Newself response to this post was that Newself could not find my records and therefore it did not happen!!! But I have unauthorized charges on my credit card! These people are slippery!! RUN!!

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Their customer service is abysmal. I wanted to talk to a doctor because I was sick from the meds and wanted to switch from injections to oral. Instead of a doctor, I've been sent to billing. Apparently, it was time for my second three months of meds. They send verification emails in the middle of the night and give you 8 hours to respond, otherwise the order goes in and you can't back out of it. It's been 4 days now since my initial inquiry and they still haven't contacted me. It's al AI and bots. Horrible, horrible company! What a waste.

I have been a NewSelf customer for three months and have just signed up for an additional three months. The process has been painless, professional and everything you could hope for. The medicines I have received are authentic and make a major difference in my life. I have found other sites to be difficult to work with and encroaching upon my privacy but NewSelf is different and has been wonderful to work with so far. My medication delivery has come quickly, correctly and with minimal intrusion in my life. I have referred others and will continue to do so. I can't think of anything NewSelf could do better.
