I was on the 3 month subscription. The first 2 months went well. Then I chose not to renew my subscription after the 3 month program and my last shipment of medication never arrived. I paid $250/month for the tirzepatide medication and I never recieved my 3rd shipment. I've been trying to communicate with their "customer service" for 3 weeks with no resolution. Do not trust this company. Huge mistake.
Response from NewSelfOct 10, 2026

One of our team members will get in touch with you shortly to review your concerns and help address the outstanding issue. The NewSelf Team
