I discovered New Self on social media

I discovered New Self on social media. I sent a message to inquire about terzepatide pricing. I am currently on this medication with a different company but New Self is about 40% less. After filling out my information I received a phone call from a New Self representative. He was a little bit pushy and told me that the pricing was only the lowest price if you paid it all upfront. I didn’t like that they wanted me to pay for six months of medication all at one time when I haven’t even tried their specific medication yet. I told him I wanted to complete my medical intake first before paying to make sure I qualified for the program. He got a little bit irate at me and said if I wasn’t accepted in the program, they would refund me all of my money. So I decided to purchase the 6-months program. I wish they would’ve told me that the medical intake included me sending two videos, the first one being a 30 to 60-second video and the second one a 5-second video to introduce me to my doctor. I found that to be an odd request as my former company where I was getting my medication did not request any videos. Other than that, after filling out my medical intake form, submitting a photo of myself, a photo of my current prescription and the 2 videos, the doctor approved my prescription quickly. The pharmacy fulfilled my prescription quickly and the medication shipped quickly. I was very happy about those circumstances.

Customer service is all but…
Customer service is all but nonexistent. You can only contact their AI agent which never resolves anything. They promise referral credits but never follow through on those. I would use a different GLP-1 provider if I was to do this again.

5 star review initially--now 1 Star…
I gave them a 5 star review initially but their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. They us AI robots to answer -- useless -- promised call back -- never came. Emailed them -- will not answer my questions by email Now they tell me my CC is bad -- but I don't have a payment due for another 6 weeks?? Despite asking for a call back all I get is a run around and told to check their website. Be Careful

The only thing that concerned me was my meds were sent and arrived in 4 days, not 2. I was hoping my appetite would decrease by going up to 2.5mg but I don't think it has. Is it alright for me to bump it up to 3mg?

Unethical. No refund for unused product. Unable to get a live person to assist and the most frustrating customer service I have ever experienced
