The medicine is legit. I’m dropping weight like crazy. I was approved quickly because I had already been prescribed medication from my PCP. I threw up a couple of times, but the packet includes Zofran for nausea and it worked like a charm. The only thing I’d have to say negatively is that I got a call from someone about a month after starting the med and I could not understand her because her accent was so strong. I could barely make out the name of the company. I have no idea why I was called.

I was impressed with the efficiency and speed of ordering my meds and the updates on what came next or when my package had shipped. I have spoken to a couple of different people and each time they were very helpful. The only issue I had was when it came time to reorder I wasn’t notified by email that my payment had failed. Then when I tried to resolve the issue online Injist went in circles. It took about 24 hours for someone to call me but when they did we resolved the payment issue over the phone.

The best part of my experience has been the communication. I reached out to so many glp1 companies and they all just wanted my money before they would even talk to me. New self not only let me talk to somebody first but when I told them I needed two or three weeks to get into my next credit card cycle before I made the purchase they waited 2 weeks before they called me back. I was not getting 10 calls a day from them like other companies. In the end I got a great price and I'm happy with the product.
