Price was good, service is minimal. No weekly weight tracker/log. They periodically text you to do an update, but it does not show your history of your loss over time. Does not seem to know your history either, as it ask you ea time how much have you lost. Dumb. They know your starting weigh, and should calculate this. Their chat bot is frustrating too. They use the same bot for cust service and medical questions, and kept sending my Qs to customer service when they were meant for the doctor. I think because the text of my question contained the word "order". Now that I am seeing so many ads for lower fixed priced GLP suppliers, I will switch for next order.

I had an unusual situation. I wanted to restart my journey after taking a break for a. Couple months and at the same time upgrade my plan to a year plan. I needed help in doing that and Jennifer stepped right in and helped do signing up was easy. After I filled out medical information it was quick to get approval and received everything within a couple days. Customer service was excellent. The pricing was the best of anything I researched. This product has been just right. I highly recommend New Self for weight loss management.

The order went through quickly. But it seemed like the shipment took a little longer than it should have with it having a time limit on how long it will stay cold-so- it wasnt cold when i got it. Im not sure how long it was like that. I left a message on my profile for the doctors, to ask if it was ok to still use. The message was sent automatically to customer service. They have yet to answer. So like other reviews, i think their customer service is going to stink. Also, they sent a nausea medicine with my order- i didnt order that, but i dont think i was charged for it. My prescription was exactly what i ordered otherwise. So all in all im happy. The price was good. I bought 12 months worth for the same price i bought 6 months worth with TrimRX. As long as i dont have to worry about contacting customer service, i think it will go just fine.
