My experience with the Medicine has went well. The website is a little difficult to navigate. That would be my only complaint is when I try to go on the portal. It’s hard to get into and navigate to different areas in the portal. Also, the refer a friend is confusing. I referred a friend but never got the credit for it so I’m not sure how that works exactly. if someone could let me know how that works. But as far as the medication, I’m very satisfied.

The first couple months, I didn't get follow ups and when I needed to delay my delivery issue it took weeks to resolve. It appeared they cancelled it. In the past month, a doctor replied to my note and I have been receiving regular emails to see how things are going. I don't know what has changed but they went from a 1 to an 8 in a month. I think I am now going for maintenance dosage. Would be nice if I got a price reduction with all the need advertisements that even Medicare will offer for $50 a month.
