I’m extremely happy with the program. I have currently lost about 18 pounds. My expectation was that it would come off faster, but I realize by it coming off the way it is that I will have the opportunity to keep it off. I have been trying for 2 months to get a doctor to respond to me about my weight gain due to their changing my medicine. I have sent messages through their "portal" without any response. I did great the first 3 months then decided to buy an entire year which I feel now was a mistake.

Everything has been done on time. They’ve followed up to make sure I was good with medicines. My only complaint is when they switched pharmacies they changed the amount of liquid is in vial and most months there’s not enough for a full fourth dosage.
