One of the reasons I joined was the way you did business. Not only the price but the fact that it seemed that you cared. All of the info. that was required on the initial paperwork was extensive and covered a lot of different things.

The entire experience for my wife and I has been good. New Self has delivered everything they said they would at what we consider a fair price. The interactions we have had have all been very pleasant and productive.

It has been very easy and very fast to get started on my journey. When I have had questions and needed to change my medication they were helpful every step of the way.

In my experience so far I have had a reasonable weight loss 43 lbs so far switching to trizepitide slowed down my loss, but made my body feel much better

Starts off great until you have an issue. Medication was sent out in error and I have been waiting on a refund of 749.00 on my credit card for 2 weeks. Was originally told max 7 days and now having to dispute charges. Impossible to reach someone on the phone and getting zero response through my portal. However, if you are new and looking to purchase they will be all over you. I learned my lesson and will get elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve experienced with the medication error, refund delay, and difficulty reaching our team. We understand how concerning it is to be waiting on a refund, especially after being provided a different expected timeline. We take concerns regarding billing and communication seriously and want to make sure this is reviewed appropriately. We have requested additional information from you, and once we receive it, we can escalate your concerns to a supervisor for further review and assistance. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and the opportunity to work toward a resolution. Kind regards, Team NewSelf

I felt the medical questions were very thorough. Some websites immediately ask your BMI and count you out. I am continuing my journey with a new company for pricing. There is also a section where you can explain your circumstances to the Dr. Once approved, within hours, my shipment was sent out. Everything I asked for and more. So far, no side effects.
