Once you can navigate the portal it’s fine. The pricing and billing are as promised. Doctors respond within reasonable amount of time. I don’t plan on canceling but if you do there is only a short window of time every quarter that the site/portal will let you cancel your prescription. Thats fine as long as you are aware it. I read some people had issues canceling but I think they were just having trouble navigating the portal and timing.
