NewSelf delivers a superior product at a very competitive price. When I find out what other GLP-1 users are paying for their medication, I am confirmed in my feeling that picking NewSelf was the right move. Also, NewSelf staff is great at answering questions. The problem is that they give you very little hard information to start with so you're forced to ask those questions. If they provide a user's manual to customers in the future, that should remedy this problem.

I joined the annual program in June ‘26…
I joined the annual program in June ‘26 and found the process of getting approved straight forward. I would suggest using your cellphone versus desktop to do it as it requires pictures and IDs to confirm your identity. I have now gone through a quarterly refill process and the communication was perfect as was the delivery. My wife joined in August and we both have found the effectiveness to be exactly what we had prior of $100’s more a month.

A few hiccups until I got use to the…
A few hiccups until I got use to the customer service aspect, but absolutely no show stoppers. Best price I could find, drug delivered as promised and on time, and as time has gone by (been with NewSelf for about 9 months now), service has definitely improved. Improvements include website that is more easily navigated and better response time from customer service. The drug I ordered works like a charm and NewSelf has provided much clearer labeling of the drug and directions for administration. Highly recommend. I am having a very positive experience and will continue to order from NewSelf.
