I received the product in a good amount of time. No problem with using the compounded zepbound. I did have a problem with trying to to put a hold on refills. I had surgery and couldn't use the product for a couple weeks. The communication with various staff was very convoluted and unsatisfactory. I ended up not being able to postpone the delivery. I hope they can put more attention into customer service. I intend to continue to use this product.

Getting signed up was easy. I felt the screening process was fair and it operated efficiently. I ran into trouble trying to track my shipment as the tracking did not update promptly. But I did receive my shipment as expected. Checking on my refill was more difficult. I was unable to get signed into the website and when I tried to access the Help verify my username and password, it did not appear to function giving me a message that said Help was unavailable and to try again later. But after a week or so, I was able to get into the website and see that my order was ready to be refilled. So in the end, everything was fine. It was just the inability to communicate directly with you during the shipment verification and refill processes that were a little frustrating. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to provide feedback, Bill.
