Their customer service honestly impressed me beyond measure. Marielle was such a saving grace when I wanted to purchase 2 newly named boxes and was unsure on how to purchase for two separate brides-to-be. Her responses were immediate, professional and so helpful! Will recommend this product to anyone - it's such a great bridal shower gift!

Great experience, Steph from the customer experience team caught a mistake in my initial paperwork and reached out to make sure it was corrected before my box shipped. Definitely recommend great customer service and the box made the name change process so much easier!

Very helpful. I reached out to my contact, Irene, around 9PM, not expecting a response until the next day. But I was surprised to receive a response within an hour with all the information that I needed regarding my question. Fantastic work from Iren and the newlynamed support desk :)

Marielle was absolutely a delight to work with. She was quick to answer my questions and so helpful to make sure I had the information I needed to help with obtaining a new passport. I'm so grateful that she made what could have been a stressful situation seem very simple. Thank you!

I received wonderful and kind support when I made a mistake when placing my order for a wedding gift Name Change Box. I was a little frantic. I contacted customer service and received a response from Irene. Irene was able to find a way to help me correct the mistake quickly and easily! This was a gift in its self. I truly appreciate the understanding and kindness from Irene and the company. No one wants a messed up wedding gift. With appreciation, Tammy Vanderwerf

Marielle was not only extremely helpful with getting my problem resolved but was also quick to respond and treated me with kindness altogether. Whenever I got married, I was gifted a NewlyNamed box and it was the best gift I could've received so I was passing that gift onwards to a friend. After my amazing customer service experience I just had, I will continue to gift these boxes to all future brides!
