New Hampshire Bowl and BoardReviews of newhampshirebowlandboard.com

These tools are not only lovely to have displayed in my kitchen but a pleasure to use. Great quality and to know they are handmade by a person in New Hampshire and not some machine in China. I will be buying all my wooden needs from them from now on.

Products are just as advertised and are very nice quality. Products arrived quickly and well packaged. Great customer service. I ordered several items and one small item was missing. I let them know and they sent it out to me right away.

Fast, friendly & local company! Highly recommend them for some terrific hand made wood products! Thank you Bowl & Biard!

Love my gorgeous bowls. I had wanted solid wood bowls for a long time and am so glad I took the plunge and bought both an 11" and 15" size.

I received my xl-large dowl bowl and I am so excited! The craftsmanship is unreal, so beautiful. I can not wait to make my bread. I have been looking for a local USA made and finally I did. Thank you. Deb

Well made, received quickly.

Quality is second to none.

I ordered a bowl and a cutting board. (Over $150.00 for the 2 items) I returned the bowl because it was something I would have never bought had I seen it in person. Most of the bottom and part of the side of it was devoid of color. It was explained to me that "that's the way it came out of the earth" . I really tried to love the bowl but I just could not. The terrible lack of uniformity of the Walnut was just not acceptable. Again I don't think this is a bowl anybody would have bought. I gave the cutting board as a Christmas gift. My friend has already called me to say the board is totally dried out. As a matter of fact, as I was wrapping it, it did not look like it had been oiled properly. Long story short I returned the bowl. Nowhere in the guarantee to "make you happy" did it say they would deduct $10 for restocking fees if you returned an item! Needless to say I was not very happy about the products or being charged a "restocking" fee. Sure did not make me happy! I felt like I was sent products that no one would have bought had they gone into the store and seen it first hand. I will say the quality of the workmanship and craft manship was excellent. Again I really tried to love the bowl and wanted to keep it for myself but I just could not deal with how the color was so distorted. So buyers beware. Yes you can return things and they'll make you happy by charging you $10 to restock it. I do not recommend shopping via the Internet with this company because you never know exactly what you're going to get. For the price I paid for these two items, I did expect better customer service and certainly did not expect to receive the quality of the bowl that I wanted for myself and the cutting board that given as a Christmas gift. I will not, nor do I recommend, purchasing these products over the internet. You'll receive what I received. Things that nobody else would buy. I wanted to attach a picture of the bowl but I don't see that capability.. I paid $13 priority mail to return the bowl and it was packaged twice with bubble wrap and better than how I received it. I was insulted to be charged $10 to restock a bowl. I have yet to see that on the website. And at this point, I really do not care. Sorry I couldn't post a picture of the bowl because I guarantee you nobody would have purchased it.
