Quality sturdy

The trench coat a great deal and arrived quicker than the last .I ordered a belt also it was worth the money nothing extra special its was nice for 30 bucks .However I ordered size 42 it came 32 way to short to fit The shipoing ro ml send back would make it too much and the haggle of sending back .I gave it to a lady friend that lives down the road she was pleased to say the least. I purchased a black oil skin duster (3x) tried it on and it was small for me. I emailed for a return label (2 times) as per the website, I told them about my problem and I was going to return the 3x and order a larger size. I heard nothing so I emailed them again explaining my problem and asked how they send the return label either email or through the mail, again no response! So I’ve decided I will NOT purchase from them again, and if I talk to someone about ordering from them I will tell my dissatisfaction ! So much for customer service.

I am most grateful for the quick response from you. My coat came sooner than expected and I love it. It's heavy enough to stop the wind and repel water. It was a godsend since our weather turned bad. I will probably order from you again
