I will be reporting this company to the state attorney general for their misleading marketing tactics which practically amount to fraud. Charging $375 to do nothing for filing LLC report and appearing to be sending materials from the state. Shameful business practice.

Received a mailing that looked official other than the "State Seal" on the letter. Company charges $375.00 when Secretary of State charges $200 is done directly. Took me 5 minutes to do directly with Secretary of State. Company refunded at my request but kept $20 as a credit card fee. Secretary of State allows for ACH from a bank account.

SCAM!!! I received an email that they had filed a report that I never requested them to file. I've never heard of them! I've been filing my reports for 17 years. I DO NOT need to pay anyone to do it for me.

I received this phishing email and thought it was suspicious. It is not from the Colorado Secretary of State.

Total scammers. Shame on trust pilot for verifying them. Do not use this company. Their extremely snarky replies to customers who have been scammed should be enough to turn you off but in case it isn’t, they charge double what you owe the state and make misleading statements that you’re paying for other fees instead of disclosing that they’re ripping you off. They could at least put it nicely and say they were charging you a “service fee”. But they don’t call it a service fee, they lie about what the fees are for.

SO DECEITFUL! Looked legit so thought it was through the state. They added $250 to the filing fee without disclosing that it and added another $200 in late fees that weren't supposed to be there. THEY ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY GOVERNMENT ENTITY! I already requested a refund. Will dispute the charge with my CC company if I don't hear back from them in the next 24 hours!

I received an email saying I needed to renew my annual report and was so confused because I already did that. so I clicked and filled out a form and they wanted 200$ to fill and 250$ for late fee, so 450$ total. Thankfully I stopped and checked and I did already do my annual report on time as well with the S.O.S and this is fraud. I cannot believe they would try to get ppl to pay them all this money when I already did my report. so frustrating. before you move forward with anything from here make sure you check with you secretary of state.

Beware this company, they charge excessive fees. I thought I was doing a name change on the State website and somehow ended up on New Business Filing website. I paid 150.00 for a service, the state charges $30.00. If you're going to offer a service that was not solicited for over 3 times the amount of the original fee is not a service hard working people need! I will also report this company to other consumer protection agencies. In response to your reply.. I started on the Secretary of Georgia’s website, I’m not sure how I ended on your website. You are not offering a service, you are deceiving people out of their money. There is nothing complicated about requesting a name change for a business. I was not requesting your service, why would you think I would willingly want to pay an excessive amount for this service? Theft by deception is what your service is offering. You can respond to the Federal Trade Commission as you are not apologetic for your actions.
