I like ordering from Newark, because I find your website easy to use, you remember that most of what I order is tax exempt and I like the shipping option of using USPS. You normally have what I need in stock and it ships right away. It arrives in just a few days. Of course, the price is also very important, and I've found you to be competitive on what I've shopped. However, we had one shipment that was short 14 pins. I didn't know how to report it. I would, of course, just prefer that your counts were accurate.

Understandable customer service

Ordering parts from Newark online is easy once you find the part you need. And a lot of the time I receive the merchandise as quick as if I had requested over night shipping. The problem is that more of the stock is becoming Farnell stock. That takes longer to get here and I have to watch what I order. Overall Newark works for me.
