This company is an absolute embarrassment. I placed an order for parts that were in stock and after allowing me to proceed with the order and charging me the full price of the order then they sent an email 2 days later informing me that 3 items from my order would not be shipped with the rest as they have "sale restrictions" on those items. If they had these so called "sale restrictions" then why allow people to order them and charge them for these items!! Its been 2 days where I have been trying to resolve this issue over the live chat, however there horrible customer service lives up to the horrible standard of everything else in that company!! I have talked to more than 2 different employees who have done nothing of use whatsoever and show zero knowledge about their own website but only have the same useless questions that they always ask to give you the feeling that they've tried their all when in fact talking to them is a waste of everybody's time. The only thing they tell you is that they'll report the issue to some other "team" and will email you any updates so that you could leave them alone, which of course never happens and no emails are ever sent!! Finally when I decided that enough was enough and wanted to cancel the order was surprised to see that their "cancel" button just reloads the page as it is without doing a single thing!! So I go back to the ever amazing customer service to cancel my order for me because the website as well lives up to the standard of the whole company. Even cancelling my order for me these incompetent ******** could not do!! They tell me that the order was not processed yet so they'll tell the "back-end team" to not process it and cancel the order!! Who in the world cancels orders by word of ****** mouth in 2022!!! and as always they'll "update" you via email. Now I'm stuck trying to cancel the order and return the money that they claim will be returned as the order was not shipped. An absolute horrible experience that I'll never repeat and warn anyone of going through this pain!!! Really embarrassing everything: website, customer service and everything they do or offer.

I was charged without my authorization, nor permission on an order that I did not place. An identical order 6 weeks earlier was completed and paid for, however Newark decided to order it for me again without my permission . Transaction info: 41AH18 94 DEV KIT USB BLUETOOTH LOW ENERGY SOC Description Debit Purchase -Visa Newark UsCOMPLETED 7/07/2022 purchase $41.15 Once again, I did not authorize this, they just did it, out of the blue. If I had been paying bills or if I didn't have the balance to cover this unexpected charge, then I would've been charged an NSF fee for not having the funds available.

I placed an order for 25 relays and used my business debit card. Two days later I get an email stating that I need to reply with three additional pieces of info concerning my bank account. In 11 years of business, I NEVER had this request. They refused to ship unless I did. SCREW EM-THEY SUCK IN SERVICE.

I will never order again from Newark. I have no clue what has gone on with them since the acquisition by Avnet but it is NOT GOOD. I ordered some simple connectors they show in stock: 1. They put a hold on my company credit card. DID NOT INFORM ME. After a few days of not seeing shipping information AND 5 transfers, the Credit Card processor took off the hold without asking me a single question. WHY WAS IT ON HOLD? 2. They did not ship the product for 7 days after the order was placed. When I called, they kept saying it shipped, but the USPS shipping number was only uploaded, USPS had not done a scan for pickup until 7 days later. 3. Customer support is mostly in India. Nothing wrong with this, but they did not hire quality English speakers. They saved money, and we suffer. 4. Online support is terrible. They should just shut that down. Shame, this was a well run company 8 years ago.

Wish I could give them zero Stars their website says same-day shipping but that is not true all of their customer support is outsourced out of country and does nothing but read off of a script and give you no real resolutions to your answers or problems

Wow...I didn't know businesses like this were still around. Support for "billing issues" was a nightmare. They ask for security related information over unencrypted email (you see the irony here, right?), and when you call in for assistance it's like you called a different company. No-one knows what you're asking about, you get forwarded around without warning and their communication skills are a 1 out of 10. This is for a ~$100 order so why the runaround? And why make it so hard to get help? It's ultimately my fault for not sticking with Amazon.com for purchases like these. Love them or hate them, at least they're consistent and it's not a waste of time.

Company of scammers. When you try to place an order, they force you to send your card details via mail to their security service. You spend a lot of time on checks, send photos and bank statements and then your order is canceled. Not recommended, don't waste your time.

Terrible support on shipping. Item showed in stock and it has been 2 months now with no delivery. Multiple calls to customer support and all they'll tell me is it's in transit (no shipping updates for tracking # provided). I'll never purchase from Newark again.
