I've had great experiences ordering from Newark. I wish they were a little closer so I could get one day transit on ground shipping.

Of all the electronics suppliers I buy from Newark has by far the best and easiest to use search features

Wish there were other shipping options as it costs $20 flat fee and I wouldn't have minded waiting for longer with less cost. However, my order came next day without fail or problems which is great but I did pay for it!

My experience purchasing from Newark element14, was quite good and it's very likely that I'll buy from them again. Every aspect of the sale was handled quite professionally. The item that I purchased was the Galaxy Audio CM-3C condenser microphone. This microphone and all three capsules sound quite good. Although I only did a simple test, the omnidirectional capsule seems to be a bit on the directional side, but not nearly as much as the cardioid and hyper cardioid ones. The threads on the cardioid and hyper cardioid capsules are somewhat rough and it only takes 2 or 3 turns to install them. I think that it would be very easy to cross thread these. The threads on the omnidirectional capsule are much smoother and it takes several more turns to screw them on. Overall, I’m pleased with this microphone and it’s quite suitable for my purposes.

I'm pleased to say that shopping online is the easiest way to purchase required electrical components.

I've been ordering from Newark for about 8 years now. There are times I wasn't impress with the shipping but overall, prices are reasonable compare to other vendors I used for parts. Parts coming from out of the states could be confusing. Other than that, I do not have much issues when ordering from them.

I usually get my parts the next day unless they are special order

User-friendly site; great interface. The check out info can be a bit cumbersome.
