I have never had a problem of any kind when ordering your service people are polite and helpful

Newark has very good prices and a very large inventory making them a great one stop shop when multiple products are needed. Customer Service was very helpful.

Newark has provided good service and I usually have very little trouble finding what I need. However, there are a few things that could be improved. I have asked for quotations for items not listed on the Newark website. Initial response was quite fast, asking for an SKU. I already had provided plenty of details including manufacturer's part number. I responded that I did not have an SKU, only the details provided. I never heard back. Also, many items are listed as being shipped from Britain with a $20 surcharge just to get them to Newark's facility in the USA. However, this surcharge usually is not applied to my orders (why I don't know). That's good, but if the surcharge is not going to be applied, why show it in the first place? The above aggravations do not cripple Newark's service, but it could be improved.

I have been purchasing supplies from Newark for probably 25 years or more. I have had very few issues with them throughout the many years. Newark has a very good selection of items with most items in stock. Easy to order online and quick delivery. I would recommend this company.

I love the products from Newark but I am spoiled by amazon. Free second day freight and easy customer service will cause me to order from amazon if they carry the same product. I use the equipment in a commercial development environment and I am developing products that will use decent quantities of raspberry pi products. I have no problems with Newark other than I am spoiled.
