I ordered a sensor from Newark, it said the shipment date was 1 month later. Then they pushed back shipment date 4 times by one week each time. I finally was done with waiting and wrote to the manufacturer. He told me to cancel the Newark order, which was due to ship in 4 days, and that I could order directly from him. I did so. The same day, 6 hours later, Newark ships me the sensor. I now have 2 incoming sensors when I only wanted one. Newark can't deliver when you need it and does when you have canceled. Now, I'll have to deal with returning their product and fight to get a refund. They're total BS.

Ordered some Fluke meter parts. Waited two months and never received them. The Indian call center was useless and even showing the order confirmation email screenshot was not enough to convince them that I had a valid order. Now i have to explain to my customers why their repairs are taking so long and I get smeared with Newark's incompetence. Nevan / Industry Surplus Australia

This was the last place i ordered a few specialty cord ends from. Just received a call from Visa with about 5000$ worth of charges. DON'T order from here.

These clowns let you order and then just get rid of some (in my case quite important) items on your order because they are labelled as DNS (do not sell). Waste of my time and money. Never again.

Worst experience ever. They've charged USD 307.9 shipping fee for a super light parcel. Wasted more than a week to negotiate but the customer service just repeated the same answer over and over again. They can’t be of any help.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with this company. Upon receiving my delivery, I noticed that several items were missing from the box. When I contacted customer service, I was met with a lack of understanding and was not provided a satisfactory resolution. Additionally, there were inconsistencies in the information provided by different representatives. After 10 days, they did not resolve my issue and they did not ship the missing items!!! I would urge potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this company, and ensure that all items are accounted for upon delivery. I had hoped for a better experience, but this situation has left me disappointed and wary of using their services in the future.

Wish I read reviews earlier. Worst company to deal with . Ordered parts over $200.00 CDN for free shipping from Canadian site. Newark shipped parts separately and charged flat rate 11.99 instead of free. Finally got charged reversed after arguing with support person in India . Tried to cancel back ordered parts since Mouser could ship next day but told by Support that because parts were special order cannot cancel the order, and do not know the shipping date. Called Hammond the manufacturer and confirmed parts are not special order and in stock , Hammond also confirmed that parts are ready to ship. Will not deal with Newark ever again.
