The customer service people are slow when it comes to placing an order. I order from many different companies and this one is by far the worst when it comes to taking the order. Not sure what they do at their end but it gets very frustrating having to say your name 2 or 3 times and them asking the same questions a couple times. Shipping on the other had is quite fast and we do appreciate that!
