I thought when I look at Product Information that these were going to have a 1/4 inch stud hole, by the info that was given, but stud hole size is 5/16 inch. Info off your web site below. Overall experience was okay. Navigating through the site to find the items i needed was not very intuitive. I did manage to find everything I needed once I searched with part numbers. When I got to the checkout prompt I was confronted with another issue. I was not presented with the cost of different shipping options. I choose standard shipping and left a note in the comment section indicating that I wanted the economy shipping option. I followed up with an email once I received an email with my full quote. A few emails were exchanged with long response times and my package was eventually sent without correcting the shipping preference. My out of pocket cost was therefore a lot higher then other competitors I reviewed. Customer service communication was not satisfactory. I was impressed with the packaging and quality of the items. So I rated my overall experience a 3 out of 5 . I would of gave them another point if myy last email was responded to.

We appreciate the pricing contract, the stocking packages of the type of product that we use, and the good care we get from Inside and Outside Sales Reps, as well as the attention from Management. Deliveries are all within the On-Time window, when we receive the product we ordered and it is packaged correctly. Our biggest issue has been the numerous shipping errors that seem to be due to poor training and audit of warehouse personnel.

FAILED to honor valid coupon 15% Coupon received from Newark element14 via e-mail, "BUY14E", valid through April 7, 2014 was not honored for order placed on March 27, 2014 - 10 days before coupon would expire! 2. After order was placed, I received an e-mail message stating, "At this time we are unable to extend an open line of credit to you." The order was placed by me, as an individual, paid by credit card - I NEVER requested an open account. 3. The shipping charges fro a small, $35 LCD display amounted to nearly $10. THANKFULLY, there are Mouser, Arrow, Digi-Key and other suppliers, including TI eStore that stock the same items, at equal or better prices, that honor their coupons and that do not send out erroneous and inappropriate messages - THEY will get all of my future business - Newark element14 will never receive another order from me - NEVER!

I dread using it so most of the time I order elsewhere. I cannot be the only customer complaining. I did not see anything wrong with the way it was before. If it aint broke why try to fix it.
