Stay away from doing business w these Incompetent people. One part took 4 days to ship though requested overnight service and was shipped at the wrong address.

Product came damaged in shipment as it was only packed in a flimsy envelope. Contacted company and received a 'service ticket'. Waited for several days without contact, so emailed company 3 times to try and get a replacement. Forced to purchase item elsewhere as our customer needed it. No other communication received from them........Newark eventually refunded me, after approximately 2 weeks.... Unfortunately this experience means we will not shop here again. Shame as we have been a customer for several years Edit due to response from Newark PO# 329657 Newark Customer Service Request Ticket#:572690 2nd Edit: After leaving a negative review with Newark, I received received an email informing me that my review did not meet their guidelines. The review was negative but certainly not in anyway untrue. I can only presume that Newark are trying to suppress any negative feedback. A little search on Google will show that we are not the only business to leave negative reviews. As I posted on their review BUYER BEWARE.

Worst service ever, not surprised to see all the negative ratings here! Bought a part on their homepage, price 16$ (part-1), shipping to Denmark 146,90$! Picked another part to the basket (part-2), no big need, but just to justify the high fright rate, price here 37,75$, price in total around 200$, shipping included. Newark shipped the wrong part (part-1, the important one)! I wrote to them about their error, but they just deducted the 16$, despite that they had the right part on stock. I wrote several emails explaining them the unfairness in their handling, as they were the one who made the error, and I paid a lot for the fright, but they are simply impossible to communicate with them.

UPDATE: $45 and $1 returned. On a weekend. Accepted the blanket at $75 even though it said $45 with no ship and taxes. You should ensure your company advertises the exact prices and make sure this doesnt keep happening. Its tarnishing your business. Thank you for returning the money and explaining the 1000 was a glitch. The product is good. However, this flaw in the shopping experience will hurt your company. As I am not the only one. I could easily push out all your back links and make your page in low rank compared to complaints of your company, killing all your marketing investment. Seo and google ranks are my business. You never know who are dealing with so just do the right thing and advert proper process. Dont be deceptive to outrank other sellers. Thank you for the return and best of luck retaining your business. Original complaint: Bought 4 moving blankets after speaking to someone on the phone. We were told the cost was $45.16 and there would be no taxes or shipping fees. Start an order, you will see it yourself. The order was confirmed for 4 blankets and the woman said she was unable to give a shipping date until payment. Order # 560808. They took $1 than $45.16. They stored our credit card details even though we said NO! They have continued to take money from our account taking a separate payment of $73.63. A new bill now claims the cost is $1,647.41, for 4 blankets!? I have saved all the invoices, bills and banking. I have taken screenshots. I'd better not have one more charge hit my card. FIX IT NOW!

It’s the first time I ordered with them. I would give them Zero stars if that was possible. Would have stayed away if I would have read these reviews earlier. When shopping web said shipping charges at checkout. The checkout total was $88.xx with $0.00 in shipping. Now it has increased by $29.xx in shipping charges. Totally ridiculous. I called sales and pressed option ‘‘2 to help with an existing order or for anything else’’ They told me there is nothing they can do. Order: 541853 Fix it.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY PROVIDE FICTITIOUS SHIPPING NUMBERS AND DOWN RIGHT LIE TO YOU. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. PLACED AN ORDER 3 WEEKS AGO. NEVER SHIPPED BUT THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD. THEY NEVER PICKUP THE PHONE OR CALL BACK. TAKES A WEEK TO EVEN GET A LIE THROUGH EMAIL. STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY.

I am very disappointed, I have an order from 03/27/20 wrong, they do not answer the messages, they ignore me, the phone is disconnected, I really feel robbed, the order is # 341980 I can only share my experience with this dismal company.

Absolute worst company I have ever experienced. They shorted my order by half, then treated me like some sort of a criminal when trying to get it corrected. They have absolutely no care or concern for their customer! Don't waste your time, energy, or money with these Con-Artists!
