I have just completed a one year lease with New Age for a condo in the Park Hill Village neighborhood. They were very responsive and helpful in all communications. Maintenance requests were always quickly taken care of. Definitely a great leasing experience.

I did an extensive search to find a property manager I got along with, who had excellent policies regarding how they managed the property, what a tenant/owner needed to do, the documentation, the cost, etc. Brett Weldon came out the same day I contacted their office, and provided a detailed analysis for similar properties for rent in my surrounding areas. He then explained how much he believed we should charge in rent based on our property. Everything was easy, it was paperless, and it was affordable. No gimicks, no lies, just straight honest work which I appreciated. I decided to go with him and New Age Real Estate on the spot after endless encounters with people I did not find suitable to be our property managers. New Age Real Estate has contractors to help with any property related emergencies and fixing things which need to be done. This is very stress relieving to us as owners. We know our property will be taken care of. I cannot explain in enough detail how pleased my husband and I are with New Age Real Estate, and the work of Brett Weldon. Extremely professional, knowledgeable about property, and efficient. You will not be disappointed in using New Age Real Estate as a property manager. Also, they help with buying and selling real estate. If my husband and I decide to sell or buy, we will also go with them because of the great work they have done already. I wouldn't look any where else if you need a property manager, or even to buy/sell a house.

We recently moved from the east coast and purchased a home with Brett. He was always available to answer questions and made sure we closed quickly. During the home inspection it was determined that we needed and new roof. Brett worked with the sellers and their insurance company to cover the cost, found us local roofing company who would make the repairs and made sure all bases were covered prior to finalizing the sale. I would work with Brett again and recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.

Brett is fantastic! I was very scared when I decided to move to across the country to live with my with daughter. When my daughter came to help me move, he spent quality time with both us and explained how everything was going to work. He assured me that my home would be taken care of and he would stay in touch. Brett has lived up to his promise and has exceeded my expectations. He takes great pride in ensuring his renters and/or property owners get the best properties and best renters. He is always availble when I have a question. I would reccomend him to anyone. He is the best.

Brett is the greatest property manager I have ever seen. He himself manages your properties and always keeps you posted and in touch. You always talk to himself (not secretaries) when you call him. He routinely checks the properties and handles any property problems as soon as possibly can. While most PM's are only looking into your pockets, he is a rare exception.

We recommend New Age Real Estate. Our house has had no unrented time. In fact, it was rented out for a little bit over a year, then sold! Brett Weldon has been a dream as a property manager and broker. He was in constant communication with us, we never had to worry about anything. My husband had to deploy before the closing of our house, but Brett helped me finish it from Fort Bragg, NC! Having to PCS is a nightmare in the moving, not to mention having to sell or rent your house out, but with New Age Real Estate and Brett Weldon, it was one less thing to worry about. I highly recommend them.

After several real estate transactions, Brett Weldon has proven to be very knowledgable about our markets. We have both rented and purchased homes through him. On the rental side, he has responded to any problems promptly. Purchasing a home with him as our agent, has been equally as nice. He has proven time and again that he is there to help us, no matter the situation. Brett has gone to bat for us in various parts of the transaction from dealing with less helpful selling realtors to finance company questions. We would (and will) use him again in a heartbeat.

Brett has been a great property manager and real estate agent. He has been accessible for me every step of the way. You can't go wrong with Brett or New Age Real Estate.
