I purchased 250,000 credits and run 2 tests. First a benchmark of 100 emails and second 25,000 emails to verify. On the first, NeverBounce only identified 11 as deliverable while other 3 services found 58 as deliverable. I sent the emails and 58 were dellivered. On the second test, NeverBounce provided a result for only 770 emails out of 25,000, others as unknown or unverifiable. They charged all credits although it is useless. I requested a refund but they said it is not possible. I will dispute the charge. Go find something more expensive but useful.

We purchased credits before their policy changed (purchased credits expire within 365 days) and they would not honor the credits we purchased. They said we purchased the credits after x date, which was not factual - and then they ghosted me. I do not recommend doing business with neverbounce.

11% bounce rate on a "safe list" (hard bounces, email does not exist) that says enough

Researching why I received an unauthorized charge from this company and requesting refund--- only correspondence is email-has not reponded to any phone calls.

wasted 5 mins proving something was aa waste of time - the positive is I didnt have to spend any longer on the site (or s-h-ite)

You pay for credits, than then expire. Worst business model and terrible lead quality data anyway.

Low quality work. Not usable results. Rude and unhelpful staff during the frustrating process.
