We used a "cleaned list" through their system, that was to remove the bounces and bad data. 45 bounces and a 4.3% bounce rate. Their "promise" guarantees that no more than 3% of your emails will bounce after using their service. They then attempt to waste as much time of yours as possible to analyse the situation to see who is at fault, server, time of day, email provider.. All that for a $6 credit.

They have very high false positive results. Also, I tried to cancel my account within 24hrs and they are not replying nor refunding.

This company is a not professional and borderline scam. It's impossible to get a response from their support team on anything (technical issue? no response for weeks... invoicing issue? no response for months). They simple never answer emails, chats or support request. This is extremely unprofessional and do not recommend to anyone.

We repeatedly told this company to remove our details from their database. We receive spam mail, malicious email, viruses from numerous companies. The amount of arrogance from this company is beyond belief. I wouldn’t touch them with a bargepole.

Neverbounce has our company details listed and says and the most common email used if John@xxxxxx however there is no John at our business. This business must be a scam!
