Hello Mel, We’re so sorry for the trouble with your order and truly understand how disappointing this must’ve been. Although it may have seemed like the package was never shipped, it was processed and handed off to the courier. Unfortunately, there are rare cases where a package is lost in transit before it even reaches the distribution center to be scanned, leaving no tracking updates at all. We know how frustrating that can be. As soon as we confirmed the issue, we issued you a full refund.
