The website is horrible. Constaintly making you offers for products you don't want. Navigating to checkout is painful. product availability is sketchy often not available.
I just want to buy a pack of gum, not a new car.

Misleading Claims & Fees on Misrepresented Product
I ordered Neuro Gum’s “Extra Strength Energy & Focus™ Gum” because the product listing says “Sugar/Aspartame Free, Derived from natural flavors & monk fruit.” That’s flat-out misleading — the gum contains sucralose, an artificial sweetener, which wasn’t disclosed alongside those claims and there's no visible ingredient panel on the product page for neuro extra strength gum (when you scroll down that page, besides them not listing the ingredients anywhere there in writing or on the package pictures, further down it says: Patented Formula

I have documented health reactions to sucralose, so this misrepresentation is more than misleading—it’s dangerous. When I asked for a full refund under “Not as Described,” they admitted sucralose is present but still insisted on charging handling fees—despite it being their error, not mine. This is deceptive advertising and poor customer service. Don’t rely solely on their marketing copy. Buyer beware.

Our Extra Strength Energy & Focus Gum does have a small amount of sucralose, and we see how that should’ve been clearer on the product page. Over the years, we’ve tested more than 20 different sweetener options, but found that a tiny amount of sucralose (derived from natural sucrose) gave the most consistent taste, without affecting insulin levels, calories, or safety. Still, we know everyone’s needs and preferences are different, which is why we also offer a sucralose-free Energy & Focus Mint at Whole Foods.

Second time ordered
First time I ordered, the delivery went well. Second time I ordered (bigger order), they did not deliver. After 3 emails, I got an answer. In my account the package was still on it’s way, but customer support told me, it was delivered……. Sounds sketchy to me… Gum works great, delivery and customer support is very bad!!!

This gum is one of the worst things…
This gum is one of the worst things I've never tasted. I can't describe how bad it tastes. I've taken it for the past few days and honestly I prefer just drinking a coffee, it’s an interesting product and maybe for others but if you have sensitive taste buds probably not for you. I wish it had been better but it’s really awful to taste and try. Had a friend try it as well with me and they agreed it was impossible to chew for more than 2-3 minutes.

I submitted my details to Neuro and received no information or communication at all. I believe they just say these things in comments but don’t act. If I could give a worse rating I would

I bought this gum for me n my mom n it was an expensive lesson!! DOES NOT WORK!! Not even a lil bit. It taste ok, the flavor is gone in 2 minutes so after that it taste like ur chewing wax n does NOT help with any of the things it says it helps with!!!!! DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY!!!!!
