Hi Saif, We think this review may have been intended for a different brand. Neuro makes functional gum and mints with clearly listed ingredients you can find right on our packaging and website. We'd genuinely love to help if you ever have questions about our products. -Frances

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to share this. We're sorry to hear the product wasn't what you were hoping for. Hi Lisa, We’re really sorry this was your experience. We know how disappointing it is when a delivery doesn’t land the way it should. We took a closer look at your order and want to share a bit more context. It was placed on March 9, shipped the following day, and marked as delivered by the carrier on March 14. The address on file was confirmed as correct, and a delivery photo was also provided. That said, we understand that “delivered” doesn’t always mean it made it into your hands. As soon as your message came through, we responded and worked to make it right by sending a replacement and issuing a partial refund. We also want to mention that while we offer chat and email support, our phone lines are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST if you ever prefer to speak with us directly. We hear your concerns, and we know there’s still room for us to improve. While we did everything we could to help in this case, we understand if the experience still didn’t meet expectations. If there’s anything further we can do, you’re always welcome to reply to your existing email thread and we’ll continue working with you there. -Marseille

Hi Gheorghe, We hear you. It’s not a great feeling to expect something noticeable and end up feeling no difference at all. Our Energy & Focus Gum is meant to give a cleaner, steadier lift, not an intense rush but everyone’s caffeine tolerance and body chemistry are different. For some people, it’s very noticeable, for others it’s more subtle, and for some it just doesn’t feel like the right fit. Taste and effect can really vary person to person. That’s exactly why we offer a 30-day Happiness Guarantee on orders placed through our website and official stores. If it’s not for you, we don’t want you stuck with it. We’ve sent you a request through Trustpilot for your order details. If you reply there with your order number or email us at [email protected], we’ll take a look and make this right. Thanks again for giving it a shot and sharing your experience. -Marseille

Hi Ruben, Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand that the product wasn’t a fit for you. Taste can definitely be personal, and we know it won’t be the same for everyone. We have a return and refund process in place and aim to make it as smooth as possible, so we’re sorry if that wasn’t how it felt in your case. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have. We’d really like to take a closer look and help, but we’re not seeing any order details tied to this review. If you’re open to it, please reply to us here on Trustpilot or reach out at [email protected] with your order number or the email used at checkout. We’d appreciate the chance to help and look forward to hearing from you. -Marseille
