I ordered this product after seeing the infomercial
I ordered this product after seeing the infomercial. After I placed the order, a friend looked up the product and we can across the scam report. Reports state "Neurocept is not an FDA-approved medication. The FDA website does not list any information about a drug or treatment called Neurocept". Be cautious about purchasing this product for yourself or a loved one. I contacted Cartpanda for a refund prior to the shipment. I got AI generated emails. I called them to speak to customer service and on my third attempt reached an agent who tried to sell me the product again. Their ad said a refund would be no questions asked. I have not received the product and explained that I did not want it and was not giving it to my mother. She stated that I should wait until the product arrived and then call for a return label. She hung up the phone. Poor customer service. I believe the company is aware of the scams of many of their products as I have purchased in the past and returned items as they did not perform as promised. When a company sells for companies that are selling potentially dangerous products, I wonder if they are only concerned about the bottom line. I hope Cartpanda is held responsible.
