I have no idea how good this product actually is. All I know for sure is that the company engages in fraudulent business practices-slipping in extra shipments after you have cancelled. They did this to my elderly father. He had to cancel his cards and instruct his bank to put a hold on his accounts. This is now a giant hassle because every charge now has to be approved. This company is a vampire. It causes stress and financial disruption. Shame, shame on them.

What a scam! Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Dr. Ben Carson, & Dr. Mehmet Oz obviouly are a part of it. The companies not honoring refund requests and changing names from who you bought it from, payment through Cartpanda, sent from a company in Aurora, CO, a Delaware customer service phone, and a non-serviced customer service email just aim to spread out the theives involved in this scam.

Scam!!! This company does not honor their return guarantee process. I went through the whole return process and receive the tracking number showing they received my returned. As of to date zero dollars have been refunded.

The product that I order was on Tik-Tok with Dr.Oz promoting the SlimBurn for losing up to 20-30 pounds. I’ve tried it and it doesn’t work. I’m going to try to return this product this next week. Hopefully I will get my money back from them but I’m not going to hold my breath!😂.

The product didn't help, trying to reach the company by phone or email was impossible. Guaranteed refund is a joke, just out the $$. I've been trying to reach them by email and phone since 12/26/2025 thru today, 2/13/2026 without any luck. leads me to believe this was a MAJOR SCAM. Guess it's time to reach out to the Federal Trade Commission. Such a disappointment all the way around
