SCAM!!!! They will not give you a refund unless you have the return tracking number from the post office. I am out $294.00. I returned 6 bottles unopened. No refund!!! It says 100 percent refundable. SCAM!!! This was reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered three bottles of Neurocept from Endurox Prime that was delivered by a 3rd party called cartpanda. I received the three bottles but consulted my Oncologist who told me not to take it while I am treated for metastatic breast cancer. I followed the instructions for refund exactly by returning the unopened bottle via FedEx, provided a copy of billing invoice and proof of payment. That was in September. The number is never answered and they are always after hours! I paid $314.00 in total and have numerous texts with a various representatives of the company. I am now reporting them to PayPal and will continue to warn anyone I see that is about to order this product. As a litigation paralegal my next steps are file a formal Complaint through the courts. As several others have pointed out, the ingredients of the product received are not the same as the ingredients shown in the ad. Endurox Prime and CartPanda should not be trusted. The Supplement Facts list on the product that I received contains mostly a very high level of B vitamins.

Be aware that while this company uses the usual sale tactics like 50% off etc the same product can be found on Amazon for a fraction of the price they claim is discountef

I placed an order but discovered after my credit card company called to say they tried to charge my credit card for two additional orders that I did not authorise. I then emailed them to cancel my order. They told me it was already being processed and they could not stop the shipment. Also note that they used AI in their advertising of Dr. Fauci and Actor Bruce Willis. I emailed them again to say I would be returning the order for a refund I was told that I would have to pay the return shipping charges and send them a tracking number and I would receive a refund within 5-7 business days. I also called their customer service number 866-637-2482 during this time and spoke with a customer service representative. I tried calling this number today and it has been disconnected. I tracked the order and they received the package. I then called my credit card and was told to noify the companyt that they had received the return shipment but they still refused to refund me as I hadn't processed a RMA as per their terms and conditions. I am in the process of contacting my credit card to dispute the charge. Do not place an oder for any of their products. I also notified the BBB and was told to submit a review on their site. Hopefully my credit card dispute will be settled.

As has been stated by others, Neurocept used nationally recognized and trusted personalities, like Dr. Ben Carson, and with AI, made it appear as though Dr. Carson had been involved in the development of this natural product to cleanse the brain of toxins, giving clear mindedness to people suffering from memory issues. It is all a big lie and does not contain the special ingredients mentioned in the presentation that supposedly cause the miraculous brain health renewal to take place. The video also falsely stated that the product had received the stringent FDA approval given to pharmaceutical grade products. Don't be deceived. It is all lies and no one responds to their listed phone number. Contact your state's Consumer Protection Agency and file a complaint if you have fallen for their scam.

I was just about to fall for the convincing Instagram video and actually was nearly bought this crap. I have PD and was hopeful this was true. Im so glad I didn't. After a simple Google search I found out this is a total scam. The Videos are really convincing but are ALL AI Generated and Fakes.

NEUROCEPT is a total SCAM! The ingredients are different from the ones advertised and could be dangerous for someone on a restricted diet, which keeps them from ingesting CAFFEINE. That is first ingredient listed, not the blue tea blossom and Himalayan/Tibetan honey that is talked about over and over in the commercial. There's no way to return or be refunded your SUBSTANTIAL amount of money. Please let's put them out of business before they kill someone with their products.
