I realize now that the advertisement of Neurocept which used Dr Ben Carson to lure me in believing that he knew they were safe, but when I received them and realized they were not FDA approved I went to my Doctor Who suggested that I should not take this medication. I explained the situation to a customer service person not over the phone. They don’t answer their phones, but texting back-and-forth asking that they return my $294. They will not return my money and it was a horrible scam. I hope I can save someone else from going through the same thing as I have. It’s a horrible scam .

Taking Neurocept didn't work for me.

I ordered the Neurocept based on 3 ingredients that were supposedly the reason it could reverse Alzheimer's, but I couldn't believe it when it arrived and all of those 3 ingredients were missing in the product. Who knows it may contain chalkpowder. I rang the company but no reply and no-one rang me back after I left a message, so I sent an email with the same result. Eventually I launched a dispute via PayPal and Cartpanda finally refunded the money. There was no way of knowing this until the product arrived. The company behind the product are obviously scammers, so don't buy anything from them. They have many more products that they advertise with a convincing video via Facebook. Make sure any cc online purchase is covered by PayPal or your bank for fraud such as this. At least you will get your money back in the end.

I ordered this product on the promise that it would help with my memory issues, but unfortunately the only thing that went up was my blood pressure from a normal of 105/70 to 138/85 within three weeks. I have since stopped taking the product and my blood pressure is slowly returning to normal. I have tried to get a refund from the company but they make it virtually impossible. I’ve sent five email messages to their email address and left five voicemail messages on their customer service line only not to receive any response whatsoever. No return calls, no acknowledgment of my messages.

It's a scam don't buy it! Doesn't work and They'll keep your money though they said it's a got a money back guarantee. Also forget about getting ahold of them with the information on the neurocept bottle I finally went through cart Panda and my PayPal account but they would only give a very small portion of the total payment back.

Amazed with these seemingly endless commercial videos. Too polished, like an AI production. Sounds TOO good to be true. Can't pause or fast forward. They promise miracles, not fair to those who really need help. Read these other reviews, I ain't going there.

I purchased this product in good faith after hearing the podcast with Dr. Sanjay Gupta and Bill Gates. It was quite expensive. I then looked it up on Amazon and it was selling for 14.95 so I contacted the company and they credited me a portion. They would not stop the payment or shipment. When I receive the product, it’s totally different than the podcast. There is no Himalayan honey in it or the unique herb I was looking for that they spoke about.. It was simply a caffeine pill with some vitamins in it. I guess it’s just another Instagram scam either way AI generated endorsements!
