I wished I had read the reviews on this company before ordering it. Despite asking them to cancel the latest item being posted to me, they’d ignored my request. I can’t understand why a second package was sent out to me less than the first having been sent two weeks ago! I would strongly deter anyone from buying anything from Neurobella!

I would have given zero stars if the form allowed me to. This company are scammers. They set up a subscription illegally and keep charging you till you notice. No then, wham, you find they’ve taken out a duplicate payment every month! Avoid like the plague.

DONOT use this website!it’s a scam.They trick u into a subscription which u never initiate and make u run from one corner to another to get it cancelled!I’ve reported this to concerned authorities!

I keep getting shipments and can’t seem to cancel. The label is “almost” the same but not exact, the flowers are across the bottom left side not the right as depicted on most of the ads. How do I stop getting these shipments as they keep changing the company name? Neurobella 15-IN-1 ADVANCED EYE FORMULA.

How I wish I had read reviews before dealing with this dreadful company. Deceptive advertising hidden subscriptions, dreadful customer service who avoid dealing with return requests. I have reported this company to my bank. Please, please be aware before ordering any products from this dreadful company who are nothing short of scammers in my opinion.

Fraud, fraud, fraud! It's not about the product itself, although now I doubdt this too. It's about a customer service and advertising. All fradulent and terrible. After the 1st order I was signed up to ''subscription'' without my knoweledge and no way to refund or even possibility to contact the company. It's actually was nice to see 93% of one star reviews and hope that people will realise what kind of the schemmers they are dealing with

Poor customer service, apparently I ticked for a subscription. Had to cancel it from my bank with a continuing payment authority. That stopped it. Oh and it took weeks to arrive. How stupid must I have been :-(? Very
