Complete dishonesty and lack of transparency! The website gives the impression that orders ship from the United States, when in reality, my order is coming from China. To make matters worse, they automatically enroll customers in an autoship subscription without making it sufficiently clear during the ordering process. Thankfully, I caught this early, canceled the subscription, and kept the confirmation email as proof. I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before placing my order. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. Lesson learned! I would strongly encourage others to do their research before purchasing from this company.

KEEP TAKING MONEY AND WILL NOT STOP POSTING THE GOODS AND TAKING THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT THERE SHOULD BE A LAW TO THIS STUFF IN UK

Was told handed to resident which was total BS. And when I was checking my account they had taken 3 payments I sent them a few emails got no reply. So I got in touch with my bank fraud department they got all my money back for me. And after 3 months the product arrived 04/09/26. Which I put in the trash.

Absolute scammers. Signed me up for auto subscription when I did not request one. Will not cancel my subscribtion when I asked. Sent me through loops to finally do it myself. Will not send me an address to return the product for a refund and keep sending counter offers to refund part which I have told them I will not accept. They are trying to run out the clock. Than they said 90 day refund but just updated their policy to sixty days.

I initially ordered a buy 3 get 2 free and was charged a different price that the website indicated. Less than 30 days later, I got another 5 bottles and was cgarged again. I never requested monthly orders. Now the 3rd shipment. I have sent numerous emails requesting info to return all these bottles of product and to cancel this nightmare with no response. The 1 and only phone number listed to contact is bogus. I have contacted Morgan and Morgan law firm to proceed. If you are a victim of this company, please contact Morgan and Morgan. They are waiting!!

I was also caught in this trap exactly the same I had repeated parcels shipped to me at £76.60 eventually I requested a cancellation form and managed to cancel.i was still not happy about the situation so contacted my bank who took over and I was then refunded the money and I also requested a new card for peace of mind Who knows whether the ingredients are genuine! Same pots now trading under visiovance

This company are liars and fraudsters. Firstly, they automatically enrolled me on to rolling subscription and despite emailing them to stop the order, they ignored my requests to cancel my order and went ahead and posted a 3rd order. An advisor known as John responded to my emails numerous times, each time advising that a 50% refund would be processed. This was months ago. They lie to customers and should be ashamed of themselves. They don't deserve any stars. This is another chinese scamming people out of lots of money. One day he will end up underground!!
