I have asked Neurobella to cancel my subscription several times in the past 5 months. I have left many text monthly. They are not responding! The return address on my package is: Jason 1080? S Lawson St City of Industry CA 91748 My address is Paula Witt 1380 Edgington Dr Greenville, Texas 75401 Please help me! I live on social security and cannot afford the $67 a month for something my eye doctor told me to stop and prescribed a different vitamin. I have 5 unused bottles, 3 just sent. Please help me! they charge me twice, I never requested to subscribe they don't answered the Emails.I had to dispute and cancel my card. they are scum!

Worst customer service I have ever come across. We have had to resort to using our credit card company to retrieve our money.

Surprise 15% fee to my regular bi-monthly order ($400) I've been putting in for a year.

They are scammers. I never setup auto ship yet they are sending me another order. Tried to call them. No phone number. What legitimate business does not have a phone contact. BEWARE do not do business with them.

I have been trying for 2 months to cancel my subscription. And I'm still getting billed for product I do not want. I do not recommend dealing with this company.

Absolute con artists. Aside from the product itself once you buy once you’re in a rabbit hole of repeat subscription which is incredibly hard to cancel. Avoid at all costs
