Credit usage for Database Compute is charged minimum of 25% of a CPU + 1GB of RAM which they charge 24-26credits at per GB hour = 240credits a day. At pro version (3000 credits) even with no customers accessing my website (it is new) and functions being available it takes 13 days for the Pro credits to run out and they shut your website down and ask for more money, would not recommend.

Une arnaque ! J'ai acheté un nom de domaine + publi d'une page web. Après 1h en ligne mon nom de domaine a été volé et transféré, j'ai tout perdu. Mon compte a été désactivé. J'ai tenté à plusieurs reprises de contacter le service client = sans réponses. N'y aller pas vous perdez votre temps et votre argent

I tried to connect a custom domain registered with name.com to my Netlify site, and after 3 days it still doesn't work. The DNS instructions weren't clear about which records to set when the domain is managed outside Netlify, and the site never resolved even though I followed them. On top of that, Netlify suspended my account with no prior warning and no explanation. One day it was just gone. I contacted support, but the replies were generic and didn't address my situation. I build websites for clients, so this isn't just my problem. My clients are asking me why their websites aren't working, and I have no answer for them. It's damaging my reputation and my business. Netlify may work fine for simple deploys, but suspending an account without notice and leaving you with no real support is unacceptable. I can't recommend it to anyone who depends on it for client work.

Today, I went to add a new project - a one-page, static website. When I clicked on "new project," they had a yellow banner across the top advertising 400 extra credits free for using the AI. I had the full file ready to go (index html and images) so I could have just uploaded it and would be been good to go. BUT I thought it would be nice to take advantage of the free credits. AI had me upload the index html anyway and all the images - what a waste of time and energy. It finally kicked out my website - exactly as it was on the uploaded index page that I had already created. I ok'd it and hit publish. It didn't publish the right version - it removed the entire image carousel that was on the final review version that I had authorized for publication. I reached out to Netlify immediately. Their response: a template that had nothing to do with the situation. Resolution: Give me the 400 credits you promised. Publish the website (at no extra use of credits) that I had actually authorized.

Han pagado tanto a Claude ChatGPT Gemini , lo venden como si fuese es lo mejor gratis sin límites gratis y te insisten es gratis y te insiste que es gratis, y al final uno se lo traga , se hace la cuenta , te dan 400 minutos MÍSEROS , y con 2-3 cambios que hagas en tu web, te quedas sin esos 400minutos y agárrate aquí… te suspenden la web hasta que se renueve el mes o pagues ( es tan de poca vergüenza, literalmente te desactivan la página web por que pagues ) Es para esa gente que no les preocupa gastar dinero ( absurdamente ) y los que hasta la IA se los ha vendido como si fuese lo mejor ( NO LO ES ) La solución , transparencia ( que falta y demasiado ) Imitar otros sitios ( que no se pueda menciona leaunque si uno busca un poco… puede tener LO MISMO PERO 100% G R A T I S y es muy difícil que superes el tiempo que te regalan… MENSUALMENTE!) Indignado, engañado, estafado… Ps: SI PAGAN AUNQUE SEA EL MÍNIMO, SE OS AGOTA IGUAL DE RÁPIDO QUE LOS 400m! BUSCAD OTRAS VÍAS , EXISTEN Y MUCHAS!

I've been with them for almost a decade and recently left. I had a legacy free account and some other client accounts that were paid. I really like the easy Geo blocking, in the free account really helped me understand the quirks of the platform prior to getting paid clients on. But the service is recently gone way downhill and I kept getting outages and weird stuff happening with it and it being really slow. So I yanked off all the clients and all of my sites except for two now.

My experience with Netlify’s customer service was unprofessional and unacceptable. After I accidentally canceled my domain subscription while trying to cancel only my hosting, my business website remained OFFLINE FOR FIVE DAYS. Netlify initially claimed the domain was not registered through them, despite my purchase confirmation and Name.com verifying that Netlify controlled it through its reseller account. There appeared to be NO URGENT ESCALATION PROCESS, even for a completely inaccessible business website. Emails sent during the day were answered only overnight, usually once per day, making me question whether support is operated overseas without sufficient daytime coverage for U.S. customers. Netlify eventually transferred my domain to my Name.com account, but I should not have needed to contact company executives and argue for five days to regain control of a domain I purchased through Netlify. Their slow and inaccurate handling of this outage harmed my business.

This project is a scam, defrauding customers and stealing our commissions. Please be careful and take precautions.
