In my opinion it is a great hosting for Woocomerce stores. However, I find MsQL database intensive processes a bit slow, which can be solved with an N-Large plan of 189 dollars. But yes, I recommend it.

Excellent hosting companies. One of the best hosting companies to work with. I am hosting more than 45 client sites with them, and support is more than adequate.

The 24*7 support is a joke. While some support agents are good, some are horrible and can't even understand you, specifically Nel. If you do choose to go with them, pray to God you don't have to deal with her. Also if things are time sensitive, best to look elsewhere. To reply to the answer, no, I didn’t want a database restored. My question was HOW can I backup a database that I can restore later. The right answer was to export it via phpmyadmin and then reimport it, which we got to eventually. The bigger issue here is the lack of response for over an hour, care to comment on that?

Hi Adrian, I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with our support. I reviewed your support chat. You wanted us to restore an old database backup, but not overwrite recent WooCommerce data. Unfortunately, this is not supported by majority of hosting providers. You will need to use a 3rd party plugin or a service to accomplish this. Since this request is well beyond the scope of hosting support, Nel had difficulty understanding it. We'll make sure that everyone is up to speed with regards to WooCommerce limitations.

I was struggling with migrating our WP websites to Bluehost. I had lost so much time in the migration that I decided to call it off. A quick search on google saw me landing on the Nestify Google Ad. It seemed like a good bet to take because I had limited time. In the next 4 hours 4 of Inbound Mantra websites were migrated and live. After converting the free trial to an annual subscription, we were surprised to see the total responsiveness of the support team 24x7. No problem went unsolved. Relentless problem solvers. If they were listed, I would have picked up some shares. All the best Nestify team.
