Worst customer service ever
On June 8th I discovered on online order that I did not place going to a residence in a state I don’t live in to people I don’t know for a machine that I don’t have. The charge to my bank account was $155.00. I called Nespresso customer service right away to report the problem and have the charges reversed. The rep said he would see if he could cancel and to call him back the next day, to verify cancellation. Meanwhile I removed my cc information and the ship to address of the stranger. I call June 9, Different rep, yes order was cancelled and I should see a refund soon. On June 11, I received an email saying that a refund is on the way in 3-5 business days. I gave it till the 23rd and asked about my refund. New agent said I need to give it 30 days to post. On July 8, I chatted online because still no refund. They assured me that it was sent through. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said one would call me within 48 hours. I asked for the transcript of the chat and didn’t get an answer or the transcript. On the 25th I chatted again with an agent asking for a supervisor regarding my refund and the run around I was getting. I asked for both the chat transcripts and was told a supervisor would call within 24 hours. Nothing. Finally I reached out to Nestle. After a couple of emails back and forth I was instructed to call Nespresso customer service or chat online because Nespresso has their own team. I asked for the number of a supervisor within Nespresso and was not given the information. On my way to the bank tomorrow to dispute this whole charade. I’ve been a customer since 2008. I’ve spent a small fortune on coffee and machines for family members. I will purchase from Amazon from here on out. This was the worst customer experience of my life.
